\n- Lead the design, development, and optimization of UI components using React.js and related libraries.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into fully functional, userâfriendly applications.
- Drive frontâend architecture decisions to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Integrate UI components with backend services built on .NET / C#.Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and supporting backend features when needed.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications.
- Implement efficient data access patterns using SQL Server and NoSQL databases (DocumentDB, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Write clean, testable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
- 13+ years of professional software development experience.
- Around 8+ years of handsâon experience with React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.), and performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Solid experience with .NET / C#, including building APIs or backend services.
- Expertise with AWS or Azure cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, App Services, S3, CloudFront, Azure Functions, etc.).Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as DocumentDB or Cosmos DB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, modern DevOps practices, and Gitâbased workflows.
- Strong problemâsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastâpaced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with serverâside rendering (Next.js) or microâfrontend architectures.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with performance profiling, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Fluent UI, Chakra UI, etc.).
