事業部紹介

自動車事業本部は、自動車メーカー並びに関連部品メーカーに対して3M製品のスペックイン活動に注力している事業本部です。自動車産業というグローバルでも重要な産業の中で、3M製品を通して、お客様のニーズの把握・製品提案・課題解決を、製・販・技が一体となって日々活動しています。日本だけでなく、グローバルの各国3Mとも連携し、事業成長を牽引しています。

主な業務内容

・トヨタ自動車及びトヨタ自動車関連部品メーカーへの3M製品のスペックイン活動を担当。

・主な取り扱い製品は、接合材（両面テープ関連製品）・吸音材製品・フィルム製品など。

・3M製品および自動車構造の知識を持ち、顧客のニーズを把握し、的確な提案を行うソリューション提案型の営業です。

求める人材像

・自ら能動的に活動し、スペックイン活動をリードできる方。

・目標達成の為に、自ら考え行動し、関連部署とのチームワークを重視して仕事ができる方

・担当顧客のキーアカウントマネジメントを遂行できる方。

必須条件

・最終学歴四大卒以上（専攻問わず）

・ビジネスレベルの日本語スキル（読・書・聴・話）

・ビジネスPCスキル（Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint）

・B to B ビジネス営業経験3年以上

・普通自動車運転免許

歓迎条件

・TOEIC600点以上もしくはビジネス英会話能力

・自動車業界での営業経験

・マルチカルチャーなコミュニケーションの経験者

・プロジェクトリーダー経験者
