Job Description:

Supplier Performance Improvement (Scorecard)
- Lead TEBG Supplier Performance tracking and improving (Scorecard)
- Working with Global SPM strategy team to develop and implement Supplier Performance improvement strategies and optimize tooling for legacy system.
- Manage TEBG supplier performance reviews, including scorecards(OITF, DPPM), QPR, DIP and recognition programs

New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Serve as the primary Procurement liaison to China Business Group, overseeing local NPI execution projects.
- Transfer local NPI and localization CMP requirements to Category Leaders & China BCC Leader, ensuring Category – acceptance of requirements, assignment to Category resources, and alignment with NPI / supplier source selection timelines; resolve disconnects.
- Champion supply base rationalize efforts in collaboration with Category and China BG stakeholders.
