ASD客户经理 

作为3M安全与工业产品事业部, 工业研磨产品组的区域销售经理，您将有机会发挥您的好奇心，并与来自世界各地最具创新性和多样性的人士合作。 

在这里，您将通过以下方式产生影响： 

- 推广、介绍并销售指定范围的研磨产品，通过演示展示产品的主要特性和优势，以实现符合工业研磨事业部运营计划的销售目标。

- 不断提升对产品范围的了解，包括竞争对手的产品以及区域内的关键客户。

- 收集客户及行业产品及应用信息,报告任何可能影响未来业务的重大变化。

- 识别并清晰了解指定的关键客户，包括管理与关键联系人之间的关系，以及开发新业务,在客户端开展研磨产品测试, 技术交流seminar。

- 建立关系并管理分销商、关键客户和最终用户。

- 更新CRM系统中的销售拜访记录、销售机会以及账户和区域内的活动。

- 培训部门经销商的内部和外部销售人员。

- 不断学习和提升与市场、产品、应用、销售及行政技能相关的能力。

您的技能和专长：

为了确保您从一开始就能在这一角色中取得成功，3M正在寻找具备以下技能/经验/资格的候选人：

- 本科或以上学历，高分子材料或化学相关专业优先。

- 在全球化公司有2-3年的销售经验。

- 英语书面及口语流利.

- 具工业研磨产品的销售经验，或在工业销售领域有成功的业务开发和维护记录。

- 拥有管理多个产品线和销售区域的经验。

- 熟练使用CRM系统管理销售区域数据。

- 熟悉并能熟练使用微软办公软件。
