This role supports large-scale transformation efforts, coordinating across Finance, Payroll, IT, HR, and brand leadership to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of payroll processes, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and has the executive-level communication skills needed to lead steering committees, present updates, and guide decision-making.</p> <p><em><strong>You will be required to travel to our headquarters in El Segundo, CA or to one of our brand locations 1-2x month.
