We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Loan Clerk.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Loan Clerk to assist the Lending Department with member loan documents and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review all loan documents.
- Provide administrative support to the department.
- Process loan payments as received, maintain loan reports and generate correspondence to members as directed.
- Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available.
- 1-3 years of similar or related experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills required.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
