If so, join our team as the Leasing Consultant at our Hickory Creek apartment community in The Creeks of River Ridge, and help prospective residents find their perfect home!
What You’ll Do:
Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing tours of available units and amenities
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention
Assist with marketing efforts and community events
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws
Qualifications
Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work Monday – Friday, and Saturday if necessitated by occupancy
Proficiency in property management software, AppFolio, or willingness to learn
A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
