About this role

<p><span style="color:#000000">• Provide exceptional customer service and product education and help to form an overall streamline of processes between large protein producer production plants and Applied’s Service Centers</span><br /><span style="color:#000000">• Multi-task and handle the large volume of questions that arise from both Service Centers and large protein producer</span><br /><span style="color:#000000">• Handle a large amount of data and filtering for specific results related to the following metrics: backorder review, on-time delivery, response time analytics, error free, efficient sourcing, and inventory management</span><br /><span style="color:#000000">• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, proactively identify and carry out continuous improvement opportunities</span><br /><span style="color:#000000">• Manage assigned large protein producer and Applied’s service centers based on performance metrics, talent needs/headcount, personnel issues, and customer relationship perception</span><br /><span style="color:#000000">• Work with vendors to secure additional pricing advantages and efficient sourcing</span><br /><span style="color:#000000">• Provide excellent follow-up and follow through on all issues within geographic territory</span><br /><span style="color:#000000">• Implement and mandate compliance best practices for large protein producer</span><br /><span style="color:#000000">• Streamline communication processes within large protein producer</span><br /><span style="color:#000000">• Perform and report results of large protein producer Plant Quality Audits</span><br /><span style="color:#000000">• Analyze results of Service Center and large protein producer Plant Quarterly reviews</span><br /><span style="color:#000000">• Document issues and lessons learned for future reference</span><br /><span style="color:#000000">• Coach, train, and mentor Applied associates who service large protein producer account</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p>Founded in 1923, Applied Industrial Technologies (NYSE: AIT) is a leading value-added distributor and technical solutions provider of industrial motion, fluid power, flow control, automation technologies, and related maintenance supplies.
