Join Wayside Youth & Family Support Network as a clinician for the Intensive Home Base Therapeutic Care Program (IHBTC program). This is an established community-based treatment model funded by the Department of Mental Health to serve youth and families. This provides innovative, evidence-based treatment to those who have faced high utilization of therapeutic services and need a robust team to support their array of needs. This is a clinical position and due to contract obligations requires a completed master's degree in mental health counseling, social work or related field.
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00/year + $2000 sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).Founded in 1977, Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is a nonprofit, nationally accredited human services agency dedicated to building strength, hope and resiliency through its family-based outreach services, residential treatment programs, and community-based counseling services to thousands of children, youth and families throughout Central, Eastern and Northeastern Massachusetts.
