Responsibilities

The Claims Analytic Data Services Consumer (CADSC) team is responsible for two main products to support Personal and Business Lines Modernization:

  • Preparing and surfacing aggregated claims data via the Enterprise Claims History (ECH) API which is tightly integrated into applications and workflows across the company, including:
    • Rating to process premium calculations
    • Underwriting to gather loss details for policy renewals
    • Policy Center for any policy maintenance activities handled by the agent
    • Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (ECRM), losses tab
    • Rating Audit System (RAS) to audit proactive cancelations
    • Reporting loss data to the Lexis/Nexis vendor for Business Lines policies.
    • Sharing loss data with Lexis/Nexis provides a robust portal to help underwriting complete analysis for new business policy requests. 

 


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of production experience, coding enterprise-grade applications, and services
  • AWS services in both data and architecture
  • Terraform experience/knowledge
  • Experience in software engineering topics: ETL, functions, security, version control, CI/CD, and unit tests
  • Experience with data validation and quality checks

Work Arrangements:
HYBRID: Qualified candidates (in or near hub locations listed below) should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment.
HUB LOCATIONS: Bloomington, IL, Dunwoody, GA, Tempe, AZ, Richardson, TX

  • Potential starting salary range: $95,800 - $121,900
    • Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
    • High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
  • Potential yearly incentive pay up to 18% of base salary
