Position: Production Associate
Rate: 21.53/ hr
Shift Differential: $1.00 / hour
Shift: Night Shift (7pm-7:30am). 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off

While reporting to the Production Supervisor as a Production Associate you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of production operations.  

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment or machinery.
  • Preparing, inspecting, and measuring raw materials.
  • Checking components for compliance with tolerances or specifications and may perform finish work.
  • Basic trouble shooting, clearing jams, and splicing and threading membrane into equipment.
  • May provide training or guidance to new production workers.

  • You can perform work under general supervision.
  • You can handle moderately complex issues/ problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Must be an effective communicator over the public address system.
  • You can provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group.
  • You have 2 to 4 continuous years of experience operating machines.
