What you'll be doing: 

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support overall operational goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and tools.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
