Essential Functions:
· Correspond with property managers, and upper management to obtain approvals.
· Keying data from a variety of sources documents into computer SAGE MAS-500 System.
· Will require to verify data GL coding is accurate before processing.
· Sort and organize paperwork after entering data, providing to requestor and accounts payable clerk.
· Fast Typing skills, knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred.
· Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
· Great attention to detail.
· Minimum two years of data entry experience in a high-volume environment
· Minimum High School Diploma
· Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Knowledge office equipment such as a copier, fax, and phone
· Able to bend and be flexible in movement to be able to do filing and other tasks that might be required.
· Available to work Flexible Hours and overtime when needed. Hours can vary.

· Sage Intacct
· QuickBooks Online
