Responsibilities
Troubleshoot technology issues within the shops (POS, KDS, DMB, kiosk, reporting, employee setups, timeclock, end of day processing)
Perform menu updates in various Point of Sale platforms
Work directly with restaurant staff in a fast-paced environment
Provide technology recommendations to improve operations
Open tickets with vendors and follow-up through resolution
Update digital menu boards
Input KDS and Fire-Time updates
Ensure that employees are updated at all shops
Gift Card loading and auditing
Open Table updates
After-hours, on-call and weekend availability required
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-4 years hands-on technical experience with Point of Sale, Scheduling software, digital menu boards, self-order kiosks and online ordering
Python, scripting or programming experience is a bonus
Strong troubleshooting and research skills, pro-active problem solver and self-motivated to perform tasks above and beyond responsibility
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Must be capable of working in fast-paced, self-directed, and changing environment with the ability to meet strict deadlines
