About this role
• Develop and manage / enhance Credit Cards product value proposition to grow market share and card profitability.
• Own the proposition goals with accountability for P&L target set.
• Proactive product & business development / approaches –to be abreast with the market needs and trend to remain competitive in the industry.
• Collaborating with Chapter Leads on the development, approval, training and communication of new products/product changes and the associated customer, operational, system, and process impacts to the various internal organisations.
• Maintain an in depth knowledge of Credit Cards and Portfolio products issuing industry including market trends, new payment products and customer service initiatives.
• Work closely with Group Marketing in strategizing and implementing above and below the line initiatives for proposition and execute product specific campaigns to drive intended results. Role holder is also responsible to ensure the product proposition & direction aligns with the overall business strategy.
• Key strategic partnership managements
• Executing product based acquisition, usage and portfolio campaign
• Collaborating with Islamic Banking for any Islamic Credit Cards related initiatives
• Responsible to establish and build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners to consistently grow the base, enhance value proposition & explore future business opportunities.
• Work closely with Customer Call Centre / Customer Experience team in day-to-day customer handling and ensure SLA are met and provide solution or remediation initiative if and when required to maintain an optimal customer service level.
• Responsible for Credit Cards and Portfolio products related collaterals production, revision of all related collaterals i.e. Cardmember Agreement, respective product T&C, Product Disclosure Sheet
• Responsible for corporate website product landing page content and updates
• Conforms to audit and guidelines as laid down by the Bank /BNM/Brands
• Gatekeeper of all internal product related documents eg Training deck, product manuals etc
• Lead ad-hoc projects as and when required by business
• Preparation and compilation of regular management updates, presentations & reports
