About this role
- In charge of the overall settlement process (contracting, settlement, corporate action, etc).
- Liaise with back office of institutional client, custodian bank for trade settlement.
- Provide support and guidance to remisiers and branches in relation to settlement issue.
- Liaise with the share registrar and central custody for coordination in relation with the corporate action.
- Make sure proper settlement and reconcilement.
- Proper coordination and administration in relation with the IPO and underwriting activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and process transactions.
- Reconciling portofolio position betwen back office system (S21) and central custody (CBEST)
- Review Settlement instruction and upload to CBEST.
- Monitoring trading limit of RHB as broker/ exchange member of IDX.
- Produce Trading Confirmation, Equity Report Portfolio and Confirm to KSEI,KPEI, BAE and Emiten.
- Compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, organizational policies and professional codes.
