About this role

Key Responsibilities:

1.Analyze business processes to uncover inefficiencies, redundancies, and optimization opportunities using data-driven insights.

2.Identify and implement process improvement opportunities by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

3.Create and maintain process documentation and maps to improve workflow transparency and efficiency.

4.Partner with technology teams to drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and enhance operational accuracy.

5.Utilize SAS Enterprise, SQL, and other analytical tools to analyze and interpret complex datasets, turning raw data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

6.Collaborate with business units to deliver analyses that inform business strategies and optimize processes.

7.Define, monitor, and report key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of improvement and automation initiatives.

8.Ensure data quality through cleaning, validation, and preprocessing to deliver reliable reports and dashboards.

9.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support daily operations, resolve process or system issues, and provide analytical guidance. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, summarizing insights, progress, and recommendations. 10.Contribute to internal meetings and ad hoc assignments, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAS Enterprise, SQL, JIRA, PHP, MySQL, and HTML.
  • Skilled in transforming data into actionable insights to drive process and business improvements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
