What You'll Do:
As a Crosby's Associate, you’ll ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day will include:
- Welcoming customers warmly and creating a clean, inviting shopping experience.
- Sharing our fresh, delicious food and helping customers find what they need.
- Keeping shelves stocked, organized, and ready for the next wave of happy customers.
- Contributing to a safe, well-run store where your input is valued.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 18 years of age preferred.
- Prior experience is a plus but not required—your energy and willingness to learn matter most!
Essential Job Functions:
- Be comfortable standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Handle transactions accurately and keep track of inventory.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and work in cooler temperatures for short periods.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure smooth operations.

About Reid Stores LLC
Today, our 88+ Crosby’s stores are found in many small towns, villages, and suburban communities. Many locations serve as gathering spots, reliable fuel stations, convenience and grocery shopping, in addition to being a go-to destination for breakfast, pizza & subs. We are honored to support our local fire departments, school districts, youth sports leagues, community programs, and charitable organizations.
Our history throughout the communities we serve runs deep, and with over 100 years in the business, you can begin to understand why.
In 1922, at the dawn of the automobile era, J. Ward Reid Sr.’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to open a one-pump gasoline service station at Lake Avenue and Clinton Street in Lockport, NY. By the turn of the century, and with two significant convenience chain acquisitions, K&K Food Mart stores in 2002 and Crosby Dairy Mart stores in 2004; Reid Stores, Inc. was established to focus on the direct operation of company owned and operated convenience stores. In 2006, these stores converged to operate under one cohesive moniker, Crosby’s. In 2010, with the acquisition of Erie Petroleum, Crosby’s gained further reach into Northwestern Pennsylvania. By this time, our company had now reached nearly 50 locations spanning from Brockport, NY to Erie, PA. In 2017, MWS Enterprises was acquired, adding nearly 40 new Crosby’s owned and operated locations, covering Ontario to Chautauqua County.
