About this role
Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Scottsdale, AZ
Pay Estimated: $18.64/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Support production by assembling electronic and mechanical subassemblies using standardized methods and tools.
- Perform both repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on modules, boards, panels, frames, drawers, and cables.
- Follow prescribed work instructions and engineering drawings to complete tasks such as wiring, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation.
- Operate basic production equipment and verify assembly processes meet required specifications.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the build process.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience using hand tools, torque tools, soldering irons, and other light industrial tools
- Ability to interpret work instructions, drawings, and follow precise assembly steps
- Familiarity with basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
- Basic math skills for measurement and quality checks
- On-site work required
