Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Responsibilities:

  • Support production by assembling electronic and mechanical subassemblies using standardized methods and tools.
  • Perform both repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on modules, boards, panels, frames, drawers, and cables.
  • Follow prescribed work instructions and engineering drawings to complete tasks such as wiring, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation.
  • Operate basic production equipment and verify assembly processes meet required specifications.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the build process.

 

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience using hand tools, torque tools, soldering irons, and other light industrial tools
  • Ability to interpret work instructions, drawings, and follow precise assembly steps
  • Familiarity with basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
  • Basic math skills for measurement and quality checks
  • On-site work required
