Composite Fabrication Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Perform composite lay-up, bagging, forming, drilling, bonding, and assembly tasks per established specifications
- Set up and operate fabrication machinery in accordance with production schedules
- Prepare tooling and materials for fabrication processes
- Operate overhead cranes to support material movement and part positioning
- Interpret and follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with composite fabrication processes
- Proficient in machine operation and tooling setup
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Comfortable working with detailed work instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating overhead cranes
