What You'll Do
The Power Apps Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing out-of-the box and custom functionality within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, leveraging tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Teams and other Microsoft 365 services. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to develop, support, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain the applications within Microsoft Power Platform. 
  • Administer the environments and ensure they are compliant with good practices and standards. 
  • Develop various automated forms, workflows, and specialized WebParts, including Power Apps and Power Automate. 
  • Deliver training for end users in classroom and/or field environment. 
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, and repair components and service applications. 
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform trends and developments. 
  • Definition and implementation of interfaces between Power Platform solutions and other systems. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 



Role Qualifications

  • Attention to detail, thorough and meticulous. 
  • A strong understanding of Power Platform, out-of-the-Box functionality and the ability to follow Power Platform good practices is vital. 
  • Ability to work under pressure within tight timeframes and deadlines. 
  • Projects enthusiasm and motivation and a desire to learn. 
  • Knowledge of one or more development languages or tools from the following list: (JSON, AL, .Net, XML, SSRS). 
  • Working knowledge of SQL and understanding of how to administer SQL to support Power Platform is a big plus. 
  • Ability to develop custom web applications using the standard tools. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging Power Platformfeatures. 
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience required
  • Five (5)+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platformdevelopment, including related security and permission settings preferred
  • Two (2)+ years of hands-on experience in the following: Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow, Forms, and Microsoft Teams preferred. 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements 
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the principal job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards. 
  • Must be able to periodically lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. 
  • Must possess auditory and visual acuity.
