About this role

Ipsos is launching a new tech initiative, a firm-wide growth platform focused on expanding strategic partnerships with leading Technology clients, including Hyperscalers. This role is central to translating strategy into execution—bringing clarity, discipline, and momentum to a high-visibility, cross-functional program.

The Program Director serves as the operational leader of the initiative, ensuring alignment across senior stakeholders, visibility into progress and risk, and consistent delivery of results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the operating cadence for a multi-workstream, executive-sponsored growth initiative
  • Translate complex strategies into structured, executable plans and roadmaps
  • Align senior leaders and cross-functional teams around shared priorities and outcomes
  • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies; surface issues early and drive resolution
  • Develop clear dashboards and executive-ready updates on progress, performance, and impact
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Client Experience, Talent, and Technology teams
  • Plan and execute executive salons, client forums, and innovation showcases that deepen strategic relationships
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Executive Lead, enabling focus on clients, influence, and strategic narrative

What You Bring

  • 8–12 years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, or consulting
  • Proven success operating in complex, matrixed organizations with senior executives
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in high-impact environments
  • High ownership, strong follow-through, and a bias for action

Location & Travel

  • West Coast–based with flexibility to travel

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is 150,000USD to 200,00USD. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
