About this role

What makes this role important at Ipsos? 

Reporting into the Operations Manager, a Field Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their various projects. They responsible for the completion of field work once a project has been launched to field. Working within the Canadian Mystery Shopping Operations team, the role involves ensuring all projects are delivered on time, in full, and error-free while supporting the mystery shopping panelists.  

What you can expect to be doing: 

  • Day to day responsibilities include following up on shop completion, supporting shoppers to make sure their tasks are completed correctly, and ensuring all shops are completed and delivered by their scheduled end date. 
  • Engage with the shoppers in a polite, professional, and timely fashion.  
  • Take full ownership of the progression of your project, including following up on issues when required. 
  • Report back to your client service partner regularly on the progression of the study, including strategies for how to achieve your target. 
  • Support shoppers with other technical needs and addressing their general mystery shopping questions and concerns. 

This might be the job for you if you have: 

  • 1 year experience in an Operations role, preferably market research. 
  • Previous experience working with SMX or SASSIE platforms an asset. 
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. French fluency an asset. 
  • Strong time management skills with ability to be flexible to meet firm client deadlines while balancing other priorities. 
  • Strong detail orientation.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $55,000 to $60,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
