Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $86,000.00 - $131,375.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

JOB DESCRIPTION


YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5+ years of project management/program coordination experience. Previous experience working in healthcare/hospital settings in the wellness space.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
5+ years of project management/program coordination experience, preferably in a large, complex department or organization.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to exercise a high degree of accuracy, diplomacy, and confidentiality. Highly motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple work streams using resourcefulness and talent to proactively develop, drive, and implement projects to completion and implement processes from start to finish. A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Due to the nature of work that often touch on topics of mental health, confidential health matters, professional development, and other confidential matters, discretion, and professionalism is demanded at all times. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, ability to maintain positive working relationships at all organizational levels.
