HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components, is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team.
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for processing all incoming shipments, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition of received goods, and ensuring accuracy of documentation. You will inspect materials for damage, confirm delivery information against purchase orders, and enter receipt details into the company’s ERP system.
Additional duties include labeling and routing materials to the appropriate departments, maintaining organized receiving areas, and assisting with resolving discrepancies in shipments or documentation. This position requires close coordination with the purchasing, stockroom, and quality assurance teams to maintain efficient inventory control and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
