HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for a Electromechanical Painter/Cleaner to support the preparation, cleaning, masking, and painting of electromechanical and aerospace components.
This role’s main responsibilities include cleaning, degreasing and preparing electromechanical and aerospace components prior to painting or assembly, including masking, taping, sanding, and surface preparation in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions. Applying primers, coatings, and finishes using approved spray equipment and methods, and inspecting parts for proper coverage, thickness, and defects such as runs, contamination, or surface imperfections. Maintain cleanliness of parts, tools, and work areas while properly handling, storing, and disposing of chemicals and solvents in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Accurately document completed work and inspections, follow all required quality, safety, and aerospace standards
