Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified orthopedic surgeon with training in sports medicine surgery. This position is placed in the Department of Orthopedics of Signature Healthcare, an integrated community healthcare system in Southeastern Massachusetts.
Signature Healthcare is multi-specialty, not for profit hospital and physician group comprised of Brockton Hospital and Signature Medical Group, which is made up of more than 150 physicians practicing in 18 ambulatory locations. Practice location is within an hour of Boston, Providence and Cape Cod.

We are interested in applicants with any of the following training (and AAOS board eligibility) in Orthopedic Surgery:
Fellowship in Sports Medicine
Documented career development and experience in sports injury treatment and surgery
The Orthopedic Surgery Program is integrated into the community by Signature Healthcare employed ATC’s in several local high schools and colleges and well supported by a fellowship-trained Sports Medicine non-operative physician with an active program to support concussion evaluation and treatment
Orthopedic trauma call rotation is 1 in 5

Pay Range:
$250,000 - $600,000The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
