About this role

Job Description:

Mount Auburn Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital affiliated with Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Neurologist. Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology. The ideal candidate is a neurologist with interest in any subspecialty of neurology as well as general neurology and a strong interest in clinical neurology and medical education. The responsibilities of this position include a combination of predominantly ambulatory neurology with occasional inpatient and emergency care of neurologic patients. Weekend and night coverage will be in rotation with the rest of the neurology faculty. 

The position includes teaching Harvard Medical School students and residents, as well as colleagues in Neurology and Internal Medicine.  The physician selected for this role will be eligible for a faculty appointment at Harvard Medical School commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay Range:

$207,000 - $280,000

The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
