Mount Auburn Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital affiliated with Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) network in Cambridge, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time night hospitalist (nocturnist). Mount Auburn Hospital cares for a diverse mix of suburban and urban patients and is characterized by an exceptional and collegial working environment. The hospital is affiliated with BILH, one of the largest healthcare systems in Massachusetts.
Job responsibilities include providing inpatient care at Mount Auburn Hospital. Hospitalist services include the care of medically complex patients in general medicine, subspecialty medicine, oncology, and internal medicine consultation. The ideal candidate will be BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with excellent clinical skills and a commitment to teaching and collaboration. The candidate will engage with teaching Harvard Medical Students and residents in the inpatient setting.
The physician selected for this role will be eligible for a faculty appointment as Instructor, Assistant, or Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School at a level commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay Range:
$182,000 - $550,000The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
