Description
The Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks CRNAs with a passion for patient care to join our top related group practice. We are currently hiring per diem CRNAs to work at Anna Jacques Hospital (AJH) in Newburyport, MA. AJH is part of our community group called Associated Physicians of Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (APHMFP).
Our Practice:
- Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team Model with great scope of practice
- Clinical rotations from two local universities for SRNAs
- 1 academic center (BIDMC), 7 community hospitals
- 136 Physicians, 97 CRNAs with a strong supportive Leadership Team
- Multiple practice settings ensuring the right individualized case fit including general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, sports medicine, GYN, ENT, urology, bariatrics, thoracic, vascular, endoscopy, EP, OB, minimal healthy pedicatrics.
Pay Range:
$118 - $135/hrThe base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
