• Conceptualize and design unique event experiences that align with client objectives.
• Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and technical support.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all aspects are running smoothly.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or production.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
