The Virtual Sales Representative is a key role within our Individual Life and Health Insurance division, focused on driving growth in the Vancouver Asian markets. In partnership with the Director, Insurance Sales, you will be responsible for business development and account management of life insurance–focused advisors serving this unique demographic. Your role will include providing case consultation, sales strategies, product expertise, and marketing support to help advisors succeed and to increase sales for Equitable’s life and health insurance solutions within your assigned market. This position requires cultural awareness, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional virtual support to advisors and clients.

工作内容: 

  • 与外部保险销售总监合作
  • 通过在指定区域内的主动活动,建立并维护与保险顾问的良好关系
  • 在指定区域内,完成或超过个人保险产品(万能寿险、终身寿险、定期寿险和持续寿险)的销售目标及增加有成效顾问合作关系数量
  • 通过一对一交流、研讨会及案例咨询,与保险从业者建立良好关系。



资格要求:

  • 大专及以上文凭及/或相关专业资格(即 CFP、CLU、CHFC、TEP) 
  • 5 年及以上金融行业工作经验,且有在人寿保险行业向公司及顾问进行市场推广的经验 
  • 出色的沟通谈判能力 
  • 熟练使用办公软件,包括 PowerPoint、Outlook、Word 和 Excel 
  • 优秀的时间管理和组织能力 
  • 卓越的人际交往、分析和表达(书面及口头)能力 
  • 必须具备根据需求前往各地参加会议和/或活动的出差能力。
