Job Description:

In a high-growth and dynamic environment, Cotality is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Client Executive – Solution Sales to spearhead strategic business development and maximise growth across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on securing and nurturing new business opportunities, showcasing the full suite of Cotality solutions, and managing a pipeline of referrals. You will play a pivotal role in prospecting, demonstrating solutions, and building strong client relationships during onboarding and implementation before transitioning accounts to the management team for ongoing support.

As Client Executive – Solution Sales, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, engaging with both existing customers and independently hunting for new opportunities. You will champion digital solutions, leverage your knowledge of CRMs and PropTech, and bring a disciplined, outcome-focused approach to strategic sales planning and execution.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities, engaging with existing and new customers.
  • Showcase the entire Cotality suite of solutions with a solution-selling mindset.
  • Champion digital solutions and stay ahead of the PropTech landscape.
  • Apply expertise in CRMs, data platforms, and digital listing ecosystems.
  • Drive strategic sales planning and execution to achieve growth targets.
  • Build and manage senior-level customer relationships with confidence.
  • Maintain a disciplined, results-oriented sales approach.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams while working autonomously.
  • Balance client needs with commercial priorities through strong business acumen.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and communications to influence decision-makers.

    Job Qualifications:

    Essential:

    • 4+ years’ experience in B2B sales development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, with a focus on solution selling (SaaS, PropTech, or Financial Services highly regarded).
    • Proven ability to manage and qualify a pipeline of medium to high-value opportunities.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
    • Industry knowledge and experience in real estate.

    Preferred:

    • Relevant certifications or tertiary study in Business, Sales, or Account Management.
    • Experience in solution selling within high-growth environments.
