- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in automotive detailing or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing, car washing, or related work preferred, with a strong understanding of detailing techniques and products.
- Knowledge of automotive cleaning products, equipment, and techniques, including paint correction, waxing, and interior cleaning, with a focus on achieving high-quality results.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence in all aspects of the detailing process, from cleaning and polishing to paint correction and touch-up.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods, in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and interact professionally with customers and colleagues.

What you'll do
- The Automotive Detailer is responsible for preparing vehicles for auction by performing thorough cleaning and detailing services. This includes washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming interiors and exteriors to enhance the overall appearance and appeal of the inventory.
