JKL Associates Inc., a division of Push Inc, is a privately owned premier communications and power utility contractor who has been providing telecom infrastructure for 50 years. Push Inc. has a variety of on-site positions available. The following roles are currently being offered: * **Foreman (Southwest Region) - JKL Associates:** This role involves leading crews, operating equipment, and overseeing project aspects like safety and training. The Foreman will also be responsible for managing team members and completing field paperwork. * **Foreman (Mountain West Region) - JKL Associates:** Similar to the Southwest Region Foreman, this position focuses on leading crews, operating equipment, ensuring safety, and managing teams. * **Heavy Equipment Operator w/ CDL (Southwest) - JKL Associates:** This role involves operating equipment to install various cables, including fiber-optic, copper, coaxial, and power cables, as well as working on sewer or water facilities. Requires experience with digging operations around utilities and the ability to train/mentor. * **Heavy Equipment Operator w/ CDL (Southwest) - JKL Associates:** This role involves operating equipment to install fiber-optic cable, copper cable, coaxial cable, single and three phase power cable and possibly sewer or water facilities safely and efficiently via the HDD trenchless construction method. Must have experience with HDD around utilities in rural and urban areas, experience reading prints and schematics and the ability to train and mentor other team members. * **Superintendent (Mountain West Region) - JKL Associates:** The Superintendent manages projects, mentors Foreman and crews, and ensures safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. This role also involves project planning, scheduling, and subcontractor management. * **HDD Operator/Locator - CDL Preferred:** This position focuses on operating HDD equipment to install underground cable conduit or utilities. This role ensures proper steering, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols. * **Traveling Superintendent (Southwest Region) - JKL Associates:** Similar to the Mountain West Superintendent role, this position involves managing projects, providing direction, mentoring project Foreman and crews. * **HDD Operator/Locator - CDL Preferred:** Operates Directional Bore equipment for installation of underground cable conduit or utilities. This role ensures proper steering based on the job preparations and projections, operates construction equipment, and maintains bore profile plots. * **Traveling Superintendent (Southwest Region) - JKL Associates:** The Superintendent is responsible for managing, overseeing projects, providing direction, and mentoring project Foreman and crews to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability requirements are achieved while meeting or exceeding customer requirements.
