DCAC, a non-profit organization with 51-200 employees, is seeking qualified individuals to join its team. DCAC is a national and international leader in the Children's Advocacy Center movement, serving over 13,000 children and their non-offending family members each year in Dallas County. The organization is dedicated to improving the lives of abused children and providing leadership on child abuse issues. DCAC currently has three open positions. DCAC is actively hiring for the following roles: * **Assistant Director of Marketing:** This full-time, hybrid position is located in Dallas, TX. The Assistant Director will lead the Marketing Department, providing strategic support and managing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns, team leadership, brand management, public relations, and event support. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of marketing experience, including two years in a supervisory/leadership role. Travel may be required up to 25%. * **Team Lead Care Coordinator:** This full-time, on-site role is based in Dallas, TX, within the MDT Coordination Department. The Team Lead Care Coordinator is responsible for case coordination of all child sex trafficking, human trafficking, and high-risk victim cases in Dallas County. The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a child protective agency or child advocacy center. * **Director of Marketing:** This full-time, on-site position in the Marketing Department requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in marketing or a related field. The Director will implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen and align the DCAC brand, enhance awareness, support revenue growth, and educate the community. Supervision of a Marketing Specialist is required. The organization utilizes various technologies, including: * **Assistant Director of Marketing:** Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, and email marketing platforms. * **Team Lead Care Coordinator:** Microsoft Applications and client database management. * **Director of Marketing:** Adobe Creative Suite, Vinmeo, Canva, WordPress, Emma and/or other email marketing platforms, Google Analytics. * **Assistant Director of Marketing:** The role is a hybrid position, with remote work permitted up to two days per week after 90 days of employment and with Chief approval. All work must be performed in the office. * **Team Lead Care Coordinator:** All work must be performed in the office due to client confidentiality. Employees who are employed with DCAC for at least 90 days are eligible to apply for a hybrid work environment. * **Director of Marketing:** All work must be performed in the office.
