Overview

The candidate will join the Global Enablement Support Team that will provide support to the local, regional and global buyers ( Sourcing buyers) within the Corporation with all the related work in the Ariba tool while supporting global standardization, process improvement, system enhancement projects. Works closely with Procurement Operations, Governance and Legal Department. The candidate is customer and solution focused, has strong analytics skills and drives results to be a valued advisor for the Procurement Buyers.

Responsibilities

YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

• Cooperate with Procurement buyers ( Sourcing), providing support with contract workspace creation/maintenance in the Ariba tool
• Monitor and enter quality and consistent data in Ariba according to internal controls and policies that will help Procurement to make decisions, identify savings and comply with accounting requirements
• Get understanding of the drafted contracts provided by Procurement buyers to create the Ariba record while ensuring all the necessary approvals are submitted and obtained
• Contributor in creation and maintenance of departmental policies, training documents and performance metrics
• Perform tasks involving analysis of financial and transactional data (Monitor timing for index price changes, calculation of new prices, spend/consumption reports, Rebates)
• Gatekeeping and channeling between Procurement buyers and Procurement Operations
• Escalation of system concerns, timely resolution and communication of issue status
• Support Process and systems Improvements
• Be an active and solution focused advisor for the Procurement buyers

Qualifications

What YOU will bring to the team:

• Deep understanding of the P2P processes and willingness to get familiar with the Agreements Management Policy
• Ability to understand and translate the legal aspects in the contracts into Ariba and identify the necessary approvals with limited direction
• Structured problem solving/troubleshooting abilities and follow-up skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels within the organization, as well as external parties
• Experience in project activities or process improvements either as a contributor or lead
• Good team player, responsive and positive attitude towards changes and challenges
• English language knowledge
• Attention to detail, proven data entry
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Team player, responsive and positive attitude towards changes and challenges
• Knowledge/Experience in ARIBA contracting tool  is an advantage
• SAP S4
• Other European Language knowledge is an advantage
