About this role
Overview
An Order Management Specialist E2E is responsible for perfect end-to-end order fulfillment within the order to cash process to ensure on-time shipment and deliver customer satisfaction. The role includes both customer service and logistics tasks in various shipping modes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for perfect End-to-End order fulfilment, from order receipt to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction in the Redispersible Powders business.
- Cover own client portfolio as key transactional contact for customers and maintain a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate all load and shipment processes with local plant / warehouse personnel and carriers to ensure on-time delivery to customer.
- Proactively monitor open orders and deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impact of unavoidable disturbances.
- Document, investigate and follow up of internal and external complaints.
- Recommend process improvement including investigation of quality failures and the development of preventive and corrective actions for quality failures.
- Assist with resolution of freight invoice discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Order Management experience.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Fluent English.
- German knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong, decided personality with excellent communication skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Customer focus.
- SAP knowledge.
