Transform our external manufacturing operations and directly impact our bottom line through strategic planning and optimization of our global toll manufacturing network.
Your Strategic Impact:
- Lead end-to-end external manufacturing scheduling strategy across European operations
- Drive capacity optimization that delivers annual efficiency improvements
- Develop long-range production forecasts that ensure business continuity and growth
- Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to resolve complex supply challenges
Responsibilities
What You will do
- Design and implement strategic supply plans aligned with business objectives
- Optimize capacity utilization across external manufacturing networks
- Manage critical material flow and inventory levels between Celanese and tollers
- Lead SAP transaction execution ensuring timely product movement
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to meet customer demands
- Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and tool
Qualifications
What You will bring
- 5-7 years in supply chain, logistics, or material planning (3+ years in planning roles)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field
- Advanced SAP expertise and Excel modeling skills
- Proven analytical problem-solving capabilities in complex manufacturing environments
- Exceptional prioritization and decision-making abilities
- Fluent German and English communication skills
- Chemical industry experience highly valued
