We are recruiting for an Account Support Coordinator in Redditch.

 

The role will focus on planning of high volume of inspections generated by the client and focus on delivering within timelines.

Support the account management team in delivery of the agreed contract with the client ensure performance and KPIs are met.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Actively review planned activity raised by the client, ensuring communication with branch managers/tenants to seek approval for site specifics
  • Support the management of the planning process
  • Be the point of escalation on behalf of the client, ensuring SLAs can be delivered and aligned with the contract agreement
  • Review outstanding volumes and manage outstanding tasks
  • Influence and work with client representatives to develop a culture if improvement and build effective relationships
  • Chase and escalate planned work volumes and related issues to point of resolution
  • Manage communication between client and Arcus
  • Support the wider team on an ad hoc basis, and subject to training, with things such system changes, data changes due to peak in demand
  • Support the creation of reports to manage quotes spend with client and demonstrate supplier spend
  • Identify and highlight trends, including failed visits of planned activity with plan to address
  • At the end of each month, support the provision of a detailed breakdown of planned works addressing any outstanding visits
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with client, supplier, and internal teams

  • Good analytical and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business
  • Numeracy and Accuracy
  • An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel - VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables
