We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our rapidly growing organization by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across engineering, business development, skilled trades, and production roles. This role is ideal for a recruiter who is proactive, relationship-driven, and skilled at building strong talent pipelines in fast-paced environments.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with hiring managers, Human Resources, and external partners to meet immediate hiring needs while also supporting long-term workforce planning. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the business, creative sourcing strategies, consistent follow-up, and the ability to hire for both technical capability and cultural fit.
