Overview
Are you passionate about international logistics and ensuring smooth, timely operations? Join our growing team in Poland!
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and on-time processing of import and export shipments
- Optimize and secure documentation of procedures and processes
- Provide support and expert advice to customers
- Execute customs clearance procedures
- Manage correspondence with customers, agents, and service providers
- Prepare offers and follow up on the offer process
- Conduct sales negotiations
- Process and secure customer invoices
- Monitor meetings and deadlines
- Handle invoicing and general administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with all regulations for Dangerous Goods shipments
- Actively contribute to a safe and secure work environment by reporting risks and suggesting improvements
Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship in international forwarding or business administration
- min. 3 years proven experience in international freight forwarding
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Quick comprehension and a reliable, precise working style
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong team player with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Fluent in Polish (oral and written), with good English skills
