Overview
Ensure compliance with and implementation of customer-specific work processes and procedures. Responsible for the effective co-ordination, progress chasing and management of all required communications specific to the day-to-day import/export of shipments, in line with customer requirements and contractual agreements in place.
Responsibilities
- Entry of shipments and processing of import - export orders
- Supporting and advising the customers and agents
- Preparation and monitoring of quotation offers
- Ensuring and processing billing to customers
- Processing of special orders, as well as complaints
- Preparation of delivery dockets, customs documents, etc.
- Monitoring appointments
- Documentation and optimization of workflows
- Support of supervisors in projects
- Documentation and filing of files
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Execute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable).
Qualifications
- Completed training in freight forwarding
- Professional experience in the commercial area of air freight Imp – Exp.
- Completed training and professional courses in the field of export, DG (Dangerous Goods)

What you'll do
- The Freight Forwarder is responsible for coordinating and managing communications related to the import/export of shipments. This includes processing orders, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
