Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Wernigerode befristet für das Jahr 2026 (ca. Mitte Q1-Q4) eine/n Mitarbeiter/in in der Transportabwicklung (m/w/d)!
BESCHREIBUNG
Sie sind in der Abteilung Transportabwicklung eingesetzt und arbeiten im Team in einem flexiblen Tag-Wechselschichtsystem von Montag bis Freitag . Zu ihren Aufgaben gehört die Erstellung und Ausgabe von Lade- und Lieferdokumenten für LKW, die Bearbeitung von Rückwaren- und Leergutbelegen, Reklamationsbearbeitung und die Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Abteilungen intern und mit unserem Zone Competence Center (ZCC) in Prag. Weitere Aufgaben sind das Scannen und archivieren von Transportpapieren, die Tankbierabfertigung und die Erstellung von Zolldokumente.
PROFIL
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und haben bereits erste Erfahrungen in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld sammeln können. Ein gutes Grundverständnis logistischer und produktions-relevanter Abläufe und administrative Kenntnisse sowie der sichere Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen und dem SAP/ERP-System setzen wir voraus. Sie verfügen über Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sind bereit kleinere Projekte zu übernehmen. Wenn Sie unternehmerisch denken, teamfähig- und kommunikationsstark sind, eine flexible und schnelle Auffassungsgabe besitzen und Kunden -und Serviceorientierung Ihnen am Herzen liegt, würden wir uns über eine Bewerbung von Ihnen freuen!

What you'll do
- The employee will be responsible for creating and issuing loading and delivery documents for trucks, handling returns and empty goods documents, and coordinating with various internal departments and the Zone Competence Center in Prague. Additional tasks include scanning and archiving transport papers, processing tank beer, and creating customs documents.
