The key purpose of this role is to drive sales volume and market share growth through increased Geographic coverage and outlet penetration as well as implementing digital strategy.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Achievement of sales and volume target/Sell out
Drive market share in a given territory
Compile daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit to management.
Drive and maintain good Relationship with customers and consumers through Customer service
Drive Consumer and Retail promotions as per promo plan and compile promo evaluations with clear Return on investment (ROI)
Safeguard all company assets in the trade, Coolers, Brand houses, signages, phones
Promote Digital Transformation
Optimising product availability and ensuring that sales are made observing the FIFO principle, checking labelling, pallets and general cleaning of the POC.
Identifying outlet ́s needs; manage stock rotation, merchandising and branding in outlet and ensuring distributor selling price compliance
Influencing POCs pre-order and reporting the actions taken by the competition to better plan and act on the market.
Understand and develop consumer insights and initiate relevant beer selling opportunities to grow volume and market share.
Identifying new potential customers and confirming orders and sales daily.
Achieve volume and market share targets.
Provide a professional and innovative Sales Service including implementation of National and Regional promotions.
Foster close relationships with POCs to benefit sales, manage market activities and assist in identifying opportunities.
Understand and develop consumer insights and initiate relevant beer selling opportunities to grow volume and market share.
Ensure brand / pack availability.
Implement sales projects and track progress and ROI.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of Diploma in a Business-related field
1 year experience in marketing and distributing fast moving consumer goods
Experience in FMCG will be an added advantage
Ability to work in a team
Good communication skills
The ability to prioritize and effectively manage time.
Analytical skills: They use data-driven analysis to evaluate own performance and take ownership of their opportunity pipelines
