Our Digital Transformation Manager handles new features and campaign deliveries for Marketing and Consumers as a Technical Project Manager to function as the bridge between developers and the Commercial Team to translate requirements between the teams. You will work to assess and implement new solutions and ensure the best experience and consumer journey with ABInBev.

You’ll be responsible for defining and assessing new technical solutions, managing the backlog of a development team, and ensuring the fastest delivery of new features on our platform, working closely with our Product Owner and Marketing Teams.

This is a unique opportunity to transform how AB InBev operates in the consumer space, at the crossroads of Consumer Behaviour, Marketing and Technology.
 

What will you be doing:

- Based on defined opportunities for our DTC digital campaign platform, assess the technical implementations needs, their feasibility and estimated effort.

- Consult with the Product Owner to build a digital transformation roadmap, maximizing the business impact given costs and efforts,

- Translate the roadmap into a prioritised backlog that you will manage, for the technical team to work on,

- Ensure the fastest delivery of the backlog while removing roadblocks and facilitating communication between the technical team and business functions,

- Ensure the technical soundness of the new implementations in order to keep our DTC platform simple and scalable.

- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions and give frequent updates on newly delivered features to the business functions,

- Own and drive the overall discovery and delivery process of new features, propose and implement new ways of working when opportunities to make our operations and processes more (cost) efficient.
 

What you will bring:  
 

- Fluency in English to work with the developer, Project Owners and stakeholders
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT Projects as a hands-on Project/Product Manager
- Agile Project or Product Management and Software Development Lifecycle
- Know the basics of coding (be able to write an algorithm) and to think like a developer; how do you drive value from a solution. Be the person who sees the bigger picture of why we are building the product
- Bachelors’ Degree as the minimum in Business or IT
- Curiosity – have a willingness to learn as well as an unconventional approach/think outside the box; Problem solving mindset with a passion for building user-oriented applications and solutions
- Have an affinity for technology - Knowledge of web applications and their technologies (frontend, backend, APIs, databases,…)
- Knowledge of data modelling and data structures (tables, JSON, …)
