The key purpose of this role is to lead our change strategy across the zone, obsessed with delighting our customers, with a portfolio of areas dedicated to understanding the voice of the customer, driving change and targeted communication across Africa. The Change Manager will design, lead and implement the strategy for customer experience, change & and voice of the customer. The Change Manager will support the project managers transition leads on key strategic initiatives, in delivering a change strategy that is fit for purpose and drive adoption on key initiatives and programs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Define and own the end-to-end change strategy, aligned with the AB InBev Change Management methodology, to ensure delivery of project and business objectives
Lead and govern all phases of change across the program, including:
Change Impact Assessments
Mitigation and readiness workshops
Integrated communication strategy and execution
Training and capability enablement approach
Oversee stakeholder management, maintaining and regularly updating the stakeholder matrix and persona profiles
Identify critical leadership stakeholders and design a leadership engagement roadmap to secure sponsorship, alignment, and sustained change commitment
Establish and align on change success measures, adoption metrics, and performance indicators with key stakeholders
Drive continuous monitoring of change outcomes and ensure timely corrective actions or course adjustments where required
Design, enable, and manage change agent networks as needed
Ensure change agents are equipped through structured knowledge transfer and training, define engagement routines and key milestones, and track effectiveness while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
Lead the change training strategy, conducting comprehensive training needs analysis and ensuring all learning solutions are developed in line with AB InBev standards and methodology
Manage collaboration with training vendors where applicable and ensure knowledge transfer effectiveness is measured as part of change readiness
Provide hands-on support where required, including the development of training materials, reports, dashboards, and the facilitation of change management capability-building sessions
Develop and deliver clear, compelling communications, including the creation of high-quality communication materials and infographics to support engagement and understanding across all stakeholder levels
Own change status reporting and business feedback, ensuring clear visibility of progress, risks, and adoption outcomes
Partner with programme, project, and business leads to integrate change activities into overall delivery plans, ensuring alignment across timelines, milestones, and outcomes
Drive continuous improvement of change management practices, incorporating lessons learned and feedback to enhance future initiatives

Must be able to work under pressure and executes with discipline and a sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of the organization
Ability to work in and understand multicultural environments, interacting with various Country, BU, Zone and Global teams
A confident communicator with good oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to support, coach and advise on change management
Proficient in Microsoft Windows Environment
Travel flexibility
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in Change Management, HR or business
Embodies the AB InBev culture and 10 principles
Flexible and agile
Leadership & project management capabilities
Practical experience in change management or similar positions advantageous
